Removal and replacement of existing carpet and marmolium. Some high traffic areas require removal only of flooring then prepared to give a polished concrete finish. About 2500m2 of work to be completed during holiday periods and weekends. Due for completion end of April 2020

Project Postponed

Due to recently received email from the ministry of educations capital works team needing to do seismic strengthening to all stairways, therefore hindering access, we have elected to postpone the flooring project works until the 2020/21 Christmas holiday break. A new ROI process will be undertaken closer to the time
