a. The Contract Works required comprise:
i. Major rebuilding of existing roofs and buildings to provide weather tight envelops, plus .
ii. Reroof numerous low tray roofs.
iii. Reforming and upgrading a number of existing pupils Toilets and Staff Toilets
iv. Replace existing asbestos based cladding with new cladding.
v. Raise the floor, walls and roof to the Central Resource, so that it is on the same level as the rest of Block A.
vi. This work will be staged so that the school is able to function normally.
This tender has been completed.

The purpose of this note is to advise you that, following initial evaluation, your registration to the above ROI has been selected as part of the procurement evaluation process which is the next step.
Please note that neither this note nor any negotiations or participation in the subsequent RFT create a legally binding agreement between the parties and therefore do not generate any legal obligations.
Legally binding obligations will only be created once the formal written contract has been signed by both parties and has come into effect in accordance with its terms.
