i. Altering the internal spaces to an existing building to create a new Te Pitau Whakarei facility.
ii. Generally the work is internal, although there may be new decks and a new roofed entry deck into the facility.
iii. Internal changes comprise creating a large activity area, smaller spaces such as breakout, kitchen and dinning, bag and shoe storage and a resource space.
