The Contract Works required are as follows:


- Remove existing clear cladding on section of SW & NE walls & replace with Coloursteel vertical wall cladding, including replacing gutters, downpipes and preparing & making good existing adjacent weatherboard cladding.

- Upgrade the mechanical ventilation system in Gym 1.
