Complete roof replacement to Blocks 2 & 3. Including membrane underlay, insulation where possible, spoutings and downpipes replacement. Complete roof replacement with .55 gauge colourcoat corrugate profile to upper roof and 400 prof profile to lower roof area. Replace underlay membrane and wire mesh plus all flashings both under and over. Flashing cover for high wind zone requirements. Replace all spouting and downpipes, overflow cut outs to spouting over down pipe positions. Install insulation where possible. Expansion joints to ridge flashings where combined length exceeds 12 metres. All flashings in .55 gauge colour coat, colour to match existing roof..
