The existing school 50 year old technology Block is approximately 600m2 and is in original condition. The College delivers a different curriculum to that of the 1950's to 1990's whereby distinct instruction in metal work and wood work that were provided for now includes graphics and 3D technology, The Building is large and is not required in it's existing form to met the curriculum delivery therefore wood and metal are being combined into a more efficient use of space. An adjacent building is currently used for music instruction and is to be demolished under separate Contract. The music suite will be relocated to the technology Block as part of the existing building however internal re-partitioning will be undertaken. The building will be internally modernised to meet MoE DQLS standards.
