Main Building Contractors Registration of Interest are sort for the tender of the Hall, Library, Canteen, Pool Sheds Interior Replacement, Hall & Pool Shed Re-Roofing at Howick Intermediate School, East Auckland.
Built in 1955, these spaces are well over due for complete interior finishes replacement and re-roofing to the existing areas.
This project is an approved 5ya refurbishment to the new MOE standards
The project is currently being Architecturally documented and is expected to commence in December 2019.
All procedures are to comply with MOE Procurement and property Toolbox procedure Policies.
