Proposed delivery approach is traditional, Construction only contract. SEHC has been in the legal recoveries work stream for five years and has experienced several large floods and air quality issues.
The Ministry is currently undertaking detailed design and will lodge building consent for the works. It is proposed that the tender will start with the detailed design drawings and specifications as lodged for the Building Consents and any changes to the drawings and specifications as part of the building consent process will be conveyed to tenderers by NTT for inclusion to their tender prior to tender closing.
