The Board of Trustees at Te Awamutu Primary School are seeking registrations of interest from suitably qualified main building contractors to carry out work around the school.

The scope of work loosely includes:
- ILE upgrade to Block B (2-classrooms) - including recladding and re-roofing as well as internal and external alterations.
- Upgrade of site fire alarm system to current requirements and including lockdown function.
- Replacement of locks around the school as part of the lockdown system.
- Re-roofing of eight other blocks around the school.

Refer to attached design drawings for indicative scope - note these are subject to change as detailed design progresses, but give an overview of the general intention.
