The school has 2 pairs of classrooms (4 of classrooms total) in two adjacent but separate permanent blocks that need ILE (innovative learning environment) modernising. The general scope of works to occur in each pair includes some demolition, party wall in between to receive new aluminium glass slider doors, new flooring, lighting and electrical, composition wall board, painting, replace hardware to existing cabinetry, heat pumps and some carpentry and ceiling works.
