This is a 5YA project. To extend the deck outside room 3 to match existing design. The existing covered roof areas just outside classroom main doors to be extended full length of deck to create an outside learning area with Clearlite roofing and safety mesh under adjacent the classroom windows to keep classroom natural light levels high. Within the existing rooms replacement of all flooring, pinboard and change existing electrical wall mounted heaters with heatpumps. Rooms 1 and 3 to have internal classroom door opening extended to make better use of the cloak bay space with better vision also from the classrooms, and room 3 to have one window taken out over deck extension and replaced with ranch style slider door to access the door. All 3 classrooms to have acoustic ceiling panels to 80% of ceiling areas, these buildings are already insulated.
