The Board of Trustees are seeking competent Building Contractors to carry out remedial repairs to Block A hosing the administration and one classroom

The Contract Works required are: Remedial works to Block A due to weathertight issues
• Recladding and reroofing of Block A administration and classroom
• The scope of works and value of works is estimated to be $950,000.00
• The administration and classroom block will be temporarily relocated so that the project can be completed in one phase
• There are no known constraints to getting the works completed
• The Contractor will be engaged through a Major Works Contract.
