The Contract Works required are the Design / Build of an extension to the Administration building. Responses are to be a turn-key solution and contractors are to include in their price;

• Concept plans and then consent plans
• Manufacture and supply of all necessary building components
• Insurance cover
• Scaffolding as required
• Removal and disposal of the existing decking
• Services works (i.e. drainage, plumbing, electrical etc.)
• Labour
• A suitable provisional sum for obtaining Building Consent from council
