Scope:
C I: Life cycle replacement to various toilet blocks: Upgrade consists of removing toilet fittings and repatching to concrete floors, installing a spray/float on flooring coating and reinstalling plumbing fittings and existing screens. Wall/ceiling finishes and trims are to be refinished. Install a warm water supply to the existing wash hand basins.

B: Life cycle replacement of floor coverings and wall linings x3 classrooms: Upgrade consists of removal and replacement of wall coverings with acoustic linings and floor coverings to x3 classrooms with underlay and needle punch carpet.

Staging:
Classrooms refurbishment to be done during the October school holidays.
