The Board of Trustees for Churton School, Wanganui are seeking suitably qualified Main Building Contractors to carry out Alterations and Refurbishment to create ILE/AMS (Innovative Learning Environment/Accelerated Modernisation Scheme) to Blocks 2, 3, 4 & 5.

The Contract Works required are: Block 2: Complete refurbishment to entire block 2 including toilets. Block 3: Install a new Clage electronic water heater under basins. Block 4: Minor refurbishment to Library including Hydestor mobile shelving. Block 5: Install underfloor insulation.

All tender documentation and necessary information attached.

Ideally dependent on MoE funding approval and Building Consent approval this work would be started as soon as possible after confirmation of funding approval.
