Witherlea School in Blenheim are seeking a suitability qualified and experienced main contractor to undertake a significant upgrade of infrastructure at their school including building, electrical and mechanical works.
The anticipated time for the works is from late September 2019 through to end of January 2020.
Asbestos will be encountered in the boiler house.
Drawings and the price schedule are provided in Addendum 1.
