The Waverley Park School BoT is looking for an experienced, competent Contractor to complete a wide range of scope of services to upgrade Blocks A, C at Waverley Park School including new roofing, aluminium joinery, classroom remodelling, floor coverings replacements, and upgrading of cloakbay and toilet areas.
The project will be targeted in two separable portions (Stages 1 and 2) for completion as follows:
1. Non consentable (Stage 1) work including Block C roof, window and and classroom remodelling, and Block A floor coverings replacement starting during Term 4 2019/20 Xmas holidays and completion targeted as soon as possible into Term One 2020.
2. Consentable (Stage 2) work including Block C cloakbay and Block A toilet upgrades. The exact date cannot yet be defined as it depends on when the School’s fire and accessibility compliance upgrade work will be completed as part of (another) Boiler replacement project. This work will be required to be
done first.
