• The project is to re roof part of and re clad the whole building, including the removal of the windows in each of the eastern and western facades. The existing roof is to the lower single storey part is to be replaced and to have insulation added to improve the thermal performance of the building. The main auditorium roof is to be re coated to increase the life cycle of the roofing material. The exterior cladding is to be removed complete and replacement with a proprietary cavity based plaster system.
