Scope of Work – Modifications to blocks Hand I to meet ILE standards - Removal of walls between the main teaching spaces and side rooms in both Blocks H & I - to improve flexibility of the spaces, enable break-out and withdrawal spaces, and for technology, appropriate location of equipment and machinery, general infrastructure replacement where appropriate and/ or necessary in conjunction. At Block H the proposal contemplates removal of internal wall partitions centrally to enable creation of a Learning Space and Lab/Workshop/ Machine Bay set up with equipment and appropriate storage, etc. At Block I the proposal contemplates removal of Internal walls to the Machine Bays, Teachers Prep Room, and Resource Rooms - then Inserting two operable walls to enable creation of two smaller Learning Spaces (approx. 50 sq m each), and a central large withdrawal / breakout / multi-
purpose space used In conjunction with the Learning Spaces.
