• The project will be to replace the existing roof, flashings, spouting's and downpipes to the Administration Block and also the Hall. The project is expected to be in at least two parts. An ROI and RFT advertised on GETS. The delivery of the project by the contractor may be divided into two stages, with major roofing replace during the term break, and flashings and spouting’s outside of normal school hours during term time.
