The Board of Trustees wishes to undertake a refurbishment of Block H toilets by demolition of existing Block H toilets and reconfiguration of the toilet block with 3 unisex cubicles and construction of an adjoining deck and stairs to provide external access.
The Contract Works required are:
Strip out of existing Block H toilets and demolition of the adjacent access stairs.
Reconfiguration of the toilet block with 3 new unisex cubicles and new window and doors. Supply and install all fit-out, 3x WC pans, hand wash basins and dryers. All associated plumbing and electrical work. All redecoration work, interior and exterior, including floor coverings, wall linings and exterior wall cladding.
Construction of an adjoining deck and stairs.
Block H toilet approx. 17m2. New deck and stairs approx. 14m2
All works to be delivered in a single phase. Work start date allows demolition to be conducted during school holidays (Easter).
