This Request for Tenders (RFT) issued by the Ministry of Education (the Ministry/the Principal) is an invitation to contractors (Tenderers) shortlisted from the Construction Directory to submit a Tender for Main Contract Works at Awapuni School (P. North) Sensory Resource Hub (“the Contract Works” at “the School.
i. The conversation on part of the existing main block in to a sensory resource centre.
ii. The conversion will Include (but not limited to) a shared communal area, two separate working areas for Deaf and Vision, meeting rooms, kitchen, staff toilets and storage.
iii. There are no new building extension. The project is to convert existing spaces only, approximately 285m2 refer to attached preliminary plans (existing and proposed).
iv. The works are taking place in an existing school building that will continue to be party occupied.
v. The Principal prefers there to be no drawings and specification related Tags
