The Waipawa BOT are seeking Main Contractors for the construction of a Special Needs Ramp,Covered Way and Covered Breakout Area Project, all attached to existing BLK B.The contract comprises-Minor demolition ,concrete foundation, reinf concrete block part ht walls, timber support frame with profiled decking & profiled roofing & guttering(all as per attached Dwg)Two Ramps to be concrete with pipe handrails. Steps to be concrete.Drainage & lighting to be provided.
