This project proposes to complete ILE improvements to Block E in conjunction with related infrastructure upgrades. An extension of approximately 39 sq metres will be added to the northern end of Block E for provision of 2 break out spaces for the Block. The extensions will more or less absorb the footprint of Block C. All new exterior claddings, roofing, etc will generally match to the existing - and in similar form and construction. New floor coverings to the extension, existing office and new store. Autex Composition Board or similar to be applied across total wall surfaces to natural breaks where new openings have been formed. Warm water provision to existing toilets. Improved access, and a covered outdoor learning area to be provided in the form of a deck addition and ramp at the north- eastern corner of the block.
