The Contract Works required are but not limited to;
Construction of a new classroom block, consisting of 2 classrooms with breakout
and withdrawal spaces between. The new classroom block is to be located
adjacent the existing Block L. The works include external decking, concrete paths
and canopies to connect with the existing block
