1.1 The Contract Works required are to Upgrade the existing school hall, and includes to remove the existing roof cladding to the Hall and replace with 0.55mm Coloursteel corrugated roofing iron on roofing membrane, complete with new 0.55 Colousteel flashings and 175 Diamond coloursteel gutters and 100mm Heavy duty PVC downpipes, reconnected back into existing stormwater system. All to NZS E2 Codes. To remove the existing timber weatherboards and replace with Hardies 180mm Linea Board on battens on building membrane, complete with R2.2 insulation to all exterior walls. Reuse and modify the existing aluminium windows, complete with new wall flashings to accommodate the new wall cladding. Provide a new 1200x600 acoustic ceiling, complete with R 3.6 insulation. Provide R1.9 insulation to the timber floor. Allow to polyurethane the existing Hall floor, with new vinyl to kitchen and adjoining rooms. Provide new heat pumps. Provide all scaffolding and accessories under Health & Safety requirements. Provide new safety indoor/outdoor carpet to existing ramp and steps, complete with 'safety' stripping..
