The Gym roof and adjacent foyer roof require replacing.

The total approximate area indicated by the purple line is 710 sqm. The main roof also turns down at the side walls and becomes the wall cladding for part of the building.

The flat roof section between the change rooms and gym is to be replaced also. Adjoining roofs have been replaced in recent years.

Tenderers must attend a site visit to inspect the building.
