Nature of the Works: The project will require a new roof pitch to be constructed over a portion of the current roof area to direct the water from the roof, to the outside of the Block area. The scope of work will also deal with the removal on high level windows and address fire egress compliance requirements along with the removal of cladding that has any asbestos content. The scope will also increase the internal openings between classrooms.
