The Contract Works comprise:
The removal of two existing old heat pump units in A Block and replacing these with new equivalents.
The installation of 3 new heat pumps in Rooms 2, 3 & 4
Removal and replacement of the worn bottom and rear castings of the Yunca Wegj fire in Room 2
Removal and replacement of the worn rear fire plate baffle of the Yunca Wegj fire in Room 3
Lifting and disposing of the old existing carpet in the multi-purpose space and library and Laying new underlay and carpet
Conversion of the existing computer room into a shared IT and home economics space
Provision of new bench tops with sinks for the preparation of food for food technology
The provision of additional storage cupboards for storage of the food technology resources, and new vinyl flooring and LED lighting.
The provision of a glass slider to the southern side of Block K and removing a wall to the teachers office plus the construction of a wooden learning deck of approximately 30 square metres.
