Main Building Contractors Registration of Interest are sort for the tender of the ILE Modernisation of Block 2, Classroom Foyers Resource and 17 at Waiuku Primary School, Sth Auckland.
Built in 1955, this classroom block is well over due for complete interior finishes replacement and ILE modernisation to the existing Resource & Foyer interior areas.
This project is an approved 5ya refurbishment to the MOE new Learning Environment model.
The project is currently being Architecturally documented and is expected to commence in October 2018.
