Please be advised that the Ministry of Education (MOE) will be releasing a tender for Churton Park School, Construction Services: Main Building Contractor. Briefly the scope will include
• Tender release in the week starting 9th April 2018, with standard 18 days response time
• Construction value of $5.4M
• Staged construction timeframe of 18 – 24 months
• Constrained site access
• Churton Park Design team Architecture (McKenzie Higham) Project Management (AECOM) and Quantity Surveyor (Maltbys)

We welcome interested suppliers to attend the site visit and put forward a competitive open tender.
