The Principal is seeking lead design services for Master Planning and Lead Design at Waimea College (the Services) which will involve two parallel services:
1. Lite Master Planning Design Services and Deliverable's
2. Immediate Roll Growth, and weather tightness Design involving:
a. Design one specialist Horticulture Classroom attached to existing ‘Jblock’
b. Design one new standalone 2 storey 7 teaching space block. Investigate costings for increasing to an 8TS block within existing project budget.
c. Design Weather tightness Remediation on Admin, M Block and Gym 1
