Macleans College invite registrations of interest from capable builders for the construction of changing rooms and pavilion at the new artificial turf and cricket oval field accessed off Oliver Road at Bucklands Beach. The two adjacent buildings are single level constructed from precast concrete panels and concrete block. The pavilion has extensive windows on the east side to take advantage of the views to the playing fields and beyond to the Hauraki Gulf. This project will particularly appeal to medium sized builders capable of delivering quality buildings. The intention is to shortlist 4 or 5 builders who will then be invited to submit proposals (RFP). Construction is planned for March to September 2018
