MOE is seeking a suitably experienced Main Contractor under a design and build contract, to complete the design and construction of Mansfield House at Macleans College.

Mansfield House is an educational “Whanau" Block approximately 905m2. The new building will consist of a large common area at the main entrance and on either sides of the common area are classrooms, seminar rooms, a staff room and toilets.

The design phase is due to commence from 14/03/18, with a view to undertake construction from August 2018 through to December 2018.
