Registrations are sought from Companies with a good track and Health and Safety record with no less than three years recent experience undertaking projects of a similar size/nature to the requirements.

Block 2 ILE Work being a building constructed in 1968 containing 4 classrooms and toilets – Work involves converting the existing associated toilet block/coat bays to withdrawal/remedial areas plus a shared learning space breakout area. Also included the upgrade of remaining toilets including provision of hot water in Blocks 1, 5, 7 & 9 .

Block 5 Replace Ramp & Stairs – Some timber decking and attached Decord ribbed matting requires replacement.

The Roofing work addresses issues to Blocks 3, 4, 5, 9 & 10 - and includes installation of new coloursteel roofing, flashings and spouting to Blocks 3, 4 & 10

Electrical Upgrade – The load on the main switchboard is unbalanced and needs to be balanced.

Upgrade & Extend Fire Alarm System – Work includes the installation of smoke detection in the Administration Block as a matter of urgency. Also extend the Administration Block Fire Alarm System to all buildings

Blocks 1, 5, 7 & 8 Replace Floor Coverings -
