On behalf of Nelson College Board of Trustees we are seeking Registrations of Interest from suitably qualified Main Contractors for the C Block Upgrade at Paroa School. Paroa School is located at 67 Waimea Road, Nelson South, Nelson 7010
Nelson College wish to refurbish and create modern learning environments within the C Block. The outcome sought is to provide improved classroom amenity, including thermal and acoustic performance and new entry canopy and external works. Nelson College is a well maintained school however, some capital expenditure is now required to upgrade classroom facilities and spaces. The C Block Upgrade project will include, but not be limited to, Carpentry, Roofing, Heating & Ventilation, Aluminium Joinery, Flooring. The programming of works will be determined in consultation with the Main Contractor, however works are programmed to be complete by the 27th April 2018

Once all ROI’s are evaluated and respondents have been shortlisted, the tender will be released (approximately 8th November 2017). We expect to commence construction on 8th January 2018.
