The Board of Trustees at Te Awamutu College are seeking registrations on interest from suitable qualified main contractors to carry out various projects as part of the schools 5 Year Agreement.

The work includes:
- Assembly hall roof and lighting replacement.
- Internal upgrade of 8 teaching spaces.
- Internal upgrade of fitness centre changing rooms.

Preferred timeframe is to start work in early December, complete the classroom upgrades by early February and complete the remaining work by the end of March, but this is negotiable and it would be quite acceptable to start work in February with completion in April/May.

Further information:
Project timeframes have now been changed so the ROI is to be relisted now that everybody is getting past the Christmas rush, so as not to eliminate those who didn't register initially due to the original time frames.
