No Winner No winning responses as we did not receive enough responses to demonstrate that we have adequately tested the market. In addition, those received exceeded the budget. The project will be publicly relisted with a new ROI with the intention of tendering the work in Feb/Mar 2018 and starting construction in mid-April. Please keep an eye out for the new ROI and re-submit your ROI forms again (nothing has changed, just the timing).
