This is an MOE 5YA project for Blocks 6 & 7 for the conversion and refurbishment of 7 classrooms to ILE (Innovative Learning Environment). There is no increase in the footprint and all work is internal.

All registrations of interest are requested to submit the following information: financial ability and insurances, Health and Safety Record, relevant experience (please supply references), any water tightness issues in past 5 years. All trades must be registered, quality control documentation plus examples that are used for your sub-trades, environmental care and recycling policy, supplier capability, organisation of roles, eg. site foreman, skills, experience, expertise and qualifications etc. and please read and supply precondition information.
