Following a weather-tightness survey it was identified that there were a number of defects that needed to be rectified to the hall block. A detailed design and scope of works has been put together to rectify these issues.

The Ministry are now seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Supplier to carry out the remediation work. Please note a substantial proportion of the works involves the installation and commissioning of a HVAC system, requiring specific M&E competence and experience.
