The purpose of this Request for Tenders (RFT) is to invite Main Demolition Contractors to submit Fee and Service proposals to Ministry of Education (the Principal) in respect of the provision of demolition works to Rongomai School (the School), Otara, Auckland.
The Main Demolition Contractor is to include for the engagement and management of all sub-contractors and to provide full site supervision to ensure programme of works is completed within timeframes specified.
The objective of this RFT process is to obtain sufficiently detailed information from Tenderers about their respective organisations and their ability to provide the Contract Works. This enables the Ministry to select and appoint a Contractor to provide the Contract Works.
This procurement will be a single stage open tender on GETS.
