The project involves but not limited to;
Block 1 - Replacement of existing wooden windows, louvers and doors with commercial grade aluminium joinery
Block 1 - Co-ordinate nominated sub-contractor installation of a covered space

Block 3 - Replacement of existing wooden windows, louvers and doors with commercial grade aluminium joinery.
Block 3 - Internal reconfiguration to create an internal learning space.
Block 3 - Co-ordinate nominated sub-contractor installation of a covered space
Block 3 - Replacement of all roofing and gutters.
Block 9 - Re-model the area to remove the unused office, book issue area, counter and corridor to provide an open space. Installation of benchtop and sink, new floor vinyl, new hot water supply, and new fixed joinery for storage.
