Chatham Island Schools (Te One School, Kaingaroa School, Pitt Island School) Board of Trustees invite Main Contractors to submit a tender for the proposed upgrade to existing school buildings.

The Main Contractor will be appointed under a two-stage procurement model to provide Early Contractor Involvement to aid in the scoping and procurement of individual projects on the islands.

This tender is for the Stage One - Pre-Construction Services only as outlined in the attached Request for Tender Documentation. It is the intent that the Stage Two - Construction Services appointment will be negotiated on an open book basis with the Stage One Contractor in accordance with the process outlined in the attached Request for Tender Document.
