Scope:
o Construction of 2x ILE/DQLS compliance teaching spaces with break out rooms, wet areas and outdoor teaching spaces.
o Block D to be extended by 1 teaching space (101sqm Gross / 78sqm Net)
o Block G to be extended by 1 teaching space (101sqm Gross / 78sqm Net)
o Upgrade of power supply and distribution to school.
o Additional water supply storage tank.
o Block A: internal upgrade to create ILE space with external teaching spaces via new deck with verandah over
