West Harbour School. Block 1, Main Teaching Block. Stage 1, Pods A and B conversion to Modern Learning Environment. This Block was built in 1978 being of open plan design, under the MOE Modern Learning Environments this Block will be separated into 3 Pods - A, B and C with Pods A and B the first to be modernised.
All tenderers are requested to submit the following information: Financial ability and insurances; Health and Safety Record; relevant experience (please supply references); any water tightness issues in past 5 years. All trades must be registered, quality control documentation plus examples that are used for your sub-trades; environmental care and recycling policy; supplier capability; organisation of roles eg. site foreman - skills, experience, expertise and qualifications etc.
