The Board of Trustees (the Buyer) is seeking a Main Building Contractor for ILE Alterations and upgrading work at Northcross Intermediate School, Browns Bay, North Shore, Auckland

The proposed work to Block 2 includes provision of breakout withdrawal/remedial areas and includes installation of new ceilings, insulation, soundproofing, pinboard, carpet, vinyl, lighting, data, fire & security, soundproof dividing/internal doors, joinery etc. Also included is upgrading disabled access, concrete work, and upgrading toilet areas.


There is the presence of asbestos sheet cladding which is to be removed and disposed of in accordance with MOE and Worksafe guidelines.
