This project addresses weathertightness issues in the projecting library and annexe and on the first floor of the tower block (Block B) and involves the removal and replacement of the existing tray-section roofing, aluminium windows and integral spandrel panels, lower level ceiling lining and recessed lights, water damaged carpet; the provision of extended roof framing, together with the installation of a new window spandrel dado duct and general making good of existing elements affected by the work
