The Ministry of Education (the Ministry) (the Buyer) is seeking a Main Contractor for Construction Works at Spotswood College (the School).

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the Ministry to invite contractors to submit a Proposal through GETS for the Construction Services for civil, infrastructure, remediation and building works required at the above school.

The successful contractors will be required to deliver Main Contractor services for the school project.
