The Ministry of Education is seeking a main works contractor for the redevelopment project at Western Springs College (the School).

This RFP seeks to engage a Contractor to carry out a Novated design and construct works as the main construction redevelopment project of the school commencing 2017. The design is proposed to be novated following completion of the Preliminary Design phase. Design services are provided by Jasmax.
