Pupils toilet remodelling CAD Plan ID numbers 15, 16, 17 and 18. Strip out all fixtures and fittings and wall linings back to framing, plumb out in copper for new fixtures, fittings and addition of hotwater cylinder. Replace exterior shut out valve and toby box. Rewire light circuits and hotwater cylinder back to switchboard. Hotwater cylinder to be on outside wall between floor upstand dado and under window architrave. Line walls in 12mm ply overlaid with 6mm Hardiflex all paint finishes to be enamel. Install all new fittings, s/s hand basins including pans, cistern, urinals, all fittings to have Presto water saving devices, new Kermak partitions and hardware and electrical fittings to be replaced with energy saving type. Flooring to be special finishes epoxy, waterproof, seamless, colour grey wacky. CAD Plan areas 12,13 an 14 to be breakout areas and practice area. Strip out and replace insulation, rewire light fittings and power points, replace exterior door with good vision panels and soft floor coverings.
